Welcome to Core Construction and Renovation LLC (“Core,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for construction, remodeling, or renovation services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation services in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas. All project details, timelines, and costs are confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimation.
Any additional work or changes after signing may result in revised costs.
Material pricing may change based on market conditions; we may adjust pricing accordingly.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly stated in your project agreement.
Deposits may be required before work starts.
Late payments may delay work and may incur additional fees as permitted by Florida law.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project details and information.
Ensure access to the job site as agreed.
Obtain HOA or third-party approvals when required, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Change orders may affect price and completion dates.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Warranties (if any) will be provided only as expressly stated in the written agreement for the project. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by weather, supply shortages, or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages related to a project is limited to the total amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach. Payments for completed work and approved materials remain due even if the project is terminated early.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
